Section 1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 711php website and any associated services, games, promotions, and features offered by 711php (collectively, the "Platform"). Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing the 711php Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

Section 2Eligibility

To register and use the 711php Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines. 711php strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 711php or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 711php Platform.

711php reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Section 3Account Registration

To access the full features of the 711php Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 711php for identity verification purposes.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 711php Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If 711php identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending transactions or bonus balances.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to 711php is accurate and up to date. If your details change, you must update your account information promptly. 711php shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Section 4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 711php login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 711php will never ask you for your password via any communication channel.

You agree to notify 711php immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 711php shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

711php reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

Section 5Deposits & Withdrawals

711php supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account wallet section and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 711php does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. 711php reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes, while bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.

711php does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 711php accepts no responsibility.

Section 6Bonuses & Promotions

711php may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real money funds in your main wallet are used first; bonus funds are applied thereafter unless otherwise specified.

711php reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Section 7Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on the 711php Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

All games on 711php use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 711php does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published return-to- player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during gameplay, 711php reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. 711php's decision in such matters is final.

Section 8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 711php Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 711php staff or other players through any communication channel.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Section 9Intellectual Property

All content on the 711php Platform – including but not limited to the 711php name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements – is the exclusive property of 711php or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 711php Platform without prior written consent from 711php.

Section 10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 711php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

711php's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 711php account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

711php does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Section 11Responsible Gaming

711php is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity. Section 12Suspension & Termination

711php reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; (c) required verification documents have not been provided; or (d) continued operation of the account would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Upon closure of an account for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 711php.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 711php support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Section 13Privacy

711php collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 14Amendments

711php reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 711php will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
